The deposit payment to secure your booking is strictly not refundable. However, you are able to reschedule 6 or more days before the scheduled booking.

Yes, you are allowed to reschedule your photoshoot up to 48 hours prior to the photoshoot.

Click "Manage Session" via the automated confirmation email and click on "Reschedule" to select to the next preferred open slots.

In the event that a rescheduling is required, please contact us at lookkphotography@gmail.com with your confirmation email to request for rescheduling.

Rescheduled bookings must occur within 2 months of the original booking date, or the booking will be cancelled without refund.

Unfortunately, rescheduling within 48 hours will be deemed as a cancellation and the full deposit will be forfeited. As it is a missed opportunity on the original intended booking slot.

LOOKK Photograhpy follows strictly based on the booking timing(s). Late arrivals will result in a shorter photoshoot duration, but you will still be liable for the full payment.

In other cases of unforeseen events, LOOKK reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund.

• bring your own nude coloured heels or rent beaded shoes at $20 per pair.

Yes, it can be arranged at an additional fee of $150 per person. However, this excludes female above 12 years old who will require full hair and makeup services.

Yes. To purchase a gift photoshoot, please fill up the gift purchase form, including the preferred set, name of recipient, contact details.

a. Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Unused balances will be forfeited upon expiry, and will not be refunded or counted towards to any transactions thereafter.

b. Gift Cards can be redeemed only for Photography Packages and Exclusive Experiences, and must be used within 1 Single Session.

c. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card, or be replaced after expiry.

d. Gift Cards cannot be transferred to a third party.

e. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by Bank Transfer, PayNow or Credit Card.

Editing is the basic process of filtering a photo - making changes in colour tones, light, shadows etc.

Retouch involves image enhancing known as Photoshop, on top of basic editing. Typically, it involves manipulating one's physical traits e.g. slimming, blemish removal etc.

Additional images for retouch can be purchased at $30 per image.

This process will take about 7-10 working days for the edited photos to be shared with you.

The high resolution retouched digital copies will be delivered within 15 working days after your selections have been made and communicated to us.

Yes, you may purchase all the soft copies starting from S$1,580.

Kindly note that photos from the shoot must not be used for commercial purposes.
